Concept
Fear in the Foundation is a tabletop role-playing game, much in the vein of games like Dungeons & Dragons, Delta Green, and Call of Cthulhu. Players take on the role of a character that is in some way related to the secretive SCP Foundation, then take part in expansive adventures with a group of other players, where they frequently have runs in with the atypical and anomalous.
What is the SCP Foundation?
According to the SCP Wiki, SCP is a "collaborative urban fantasy writing [project] about the fictional SCP Foundation, a secretive organization that contains anomalous items and entities away from the eyes of the public."

The site's various entries, which include documentation of various anomalies, as well as short stories referred to as "tales," typically focus on themes such as horror and suspense, but can often feature more dramatic or comedic elements as well.

There is no official canon in the SCP universe, leaving everything up to an individual's interpretation. Everything on the site is both true and untrue, making SCP the Schrödinger's cat of creative writing projects.

The Wiki has been around for well over a decade, and features thousands of entries from hundreds of different authors. Here's a link to the anomaly that started it all: SCP-173: The Sculpture
